She is a Science graduate from CMS College Kottayam, and have completed her B Ed in Natural Science. She was the Head of Science Department in Basel Evangelical Mission higher secondary school .She is retired as the School Principal for her 32 years of service and managed over 3500 students. She is the Managing Trustee of the Foundation
Adv. Seema Sudheendran
A distinctive lawyer with 16 years of experience with in trial courts and High Court of Karnataka , Seema has great passion for educating the less privileged. She adorns the chair of various social service platforms including the position of vice chairman of vasudha Global foundation for women, which aims to provide protection for the women.She is also a graduate of MBA in (HR), Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from National Law School, Bangalore, LLB and Bachelor of Arts.
Jayani Bennheim
She began her philanthropic activity in 2001, and it has been a remarkable effort to uplift the marginalized community in rural India. She is the Co-Founder of the Foundation. A graduate from Calicut University with a crown for the best student all-rounder during her Graduation. An ex-airliner with Jet Air. Her innate passion to strengthen the community has delivered various milestones during her journey with non-profits sector. She has been awarded Woman of the year 2015 followed by several honours in the last decade. She is the CEO of RJ Holdings Inc.
Kauser Banu
Ms Banu has been with Lovedale since 15 years- an avid teacher and she is handling communication and donor relation.. She did her schooling from TunBridge and graduated from Bangalore University. Highly committed and focussed, Banu has been a strong pillar to our mission. Her Immense passion for social causes especially education for the underprivileged will not go unnoticed in her day to day work
Gerdine Stappenbelt
Gerdine manages the Program Coalition unit and has been on Lovedale Foundation Board since 2006. She is very passionate about social cause, and is a great motivator for the children. Working out of Holland with Gerzon Schiphol B.V as the Buying Manager, she facilitates the organizational activities by promoting them and building a wider coalition

An astute leader with over 35 years of extensive experience in Strategic Management, Operations Management, Business Development and Channel Management / Distribution in the manufacturing and service industry. Worked in the area of Setting up of Apparel Parks as well as Skill Development in India, Srilanka, Cambodia, Mozambique , Kenya & Hong Kong. Have been responsible for setting up 150 Skill development Training Centers. Holds distinction of receiving the “Bharat Gaurav Award” in FY 2002-03 for outstanding contribution in the area of “Rural Education & Women Empowerment” and “Samaajshri Award” in 2004-2005
Sri Balachandra Reddy
Sri Balachandra Reddy is a great philanthropist and a business man from Bangalore . He has tremendous passion towards supporting the marginalised community and has been an integral part of the Foundations’s activities. He is highly resourceful and helps on the resources of the projects.
Jaijo Joseph
Mr.Joseph adorns various Governmental and non-Governmental positions across the country. He is also a Syndicate Member of Bangalore University. Adv. Abhishek R
Abhishek comes with deep grassroots level experience of working with rural communities and community oriented developmental initiatives. A Post graduate from Kuvempu University and a lawyer. A passionate dreamer and believer in the inherent potential of each child, he is a bundle of infectious energy. He is an avid public speaker and an activist, also a mentor to young students of Lovedale centres.
Mr. Harikrishnan
A gold medalist from NIFT, for his academic excellence and has received the honor from the then President of India Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.
Hari holds high level of social responsibility and a committed environmentalist. He has been an integral part of environmental initiatives of Lovedale and has inspired many. He also comes with a rich experience of over 12 years of organizing and promoting premiere events in the country such as Fashion Weeks, Product Launches, International Exhibitions. Currently, the Principal officer with Karthika insurance and advisory services, his leadership and focused approach help Lovedale scale up environmental projects.
