Our skilled training programs aims at youth & women empowerment. It is a vocational training and transformation program which will help the marginalized youth to secure steady and stable employment,thus help their families. Our vocations duration vary from 30 days to 90 days courses.

DDU-GKY Ministry of Rural Development, (MoRD) Govt. of India for skill Training
Lovedale imparts Skilled Training Program for Youth & Women/ Self Employment Program under District Innovation scheme at Tumkur District. This is in association with the Karnataka State Government’s DPAR department, Tumkur Karnataka. This offers Skilled Training Program for Youth & Women of Tumkur District. Various skill development initiatives have been implemented through the district administration and Panchayat Raj department in 4 districts under this scheme.Our Technical Support Agency (TSA) executes the program as per the required norms to achieve the physical targets and corresponding financial targets of the project in full compliance with the District Innovative Fund and the project sanction order.
The TSA provides the required infrastructure/systems etc at the designated locations identified by the district authorities, imparts training in the trades by deploying qualified trainers. TSA also provides course materials to all the candidates and conducts the assessment through NCVT or SSC at the end of the course.It also endeavors to provide 75% placements to those who have successfully completed the program with certification. It finally submits the project completion report at the end of the program.
