Lovedale imparts skill training for youth under the District Innovation scheme at Tumkur District. This is in association with Karnataka State Government’s DPAR department, Tumkur Karnataka.This program offer Training Programme for Unemployed Rural Youths of Tumkur District. Various   skill development initiatives has been implemented through the district administration and Panchayat Raj department in 4 districts under this scheme.

Our Technical Support Agency executes the program under the norms by fully and directly responsible for achieving the physical targets and corresponding financial targets of the project in full compliance with the District Innovative Fund and the project sanction order. They Provide the required Infrastructure/Systems etc at the designated locations identified by the District Authorities, Conducting Training in the Trades by deploying qualified Trainers. TSA also Providing Course Materials to all the candidates and Conducting the Assessment through NCVT or SSC at the end of the Course. Provide 75 % Placements those who have successfully completed the Programme with Certification and finally will submit the Project Completion report at the end of the Programme to submit to the Client
